This is a simple trick using high school physics where you can measure the height of really tall objects like a cliff, using just a stopwatch.

You need to update the cliff height timer. It is not available for this version of IPadOS.
MIND THE GAP? Did you buy that in London? Have you been on the Central Line platform at Bank Underground Station in London? That’s the original and biggest due to the sharp curve😀
So if the hole was 1120 feet you could hear it instantly but 5000 feet is like 4 sec delay
Doesn’t sounds take time to travel though in so if the hole was deep enough you would have to equate for travel time
